“Attack on Titan” Attraction Coming to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park

An “Attack on Titan” attraction will be open at Fuji-Q Highland for a limited time.


Prefecture amusement park Fuji-Q Highland from April 20th, 2017 through May 6th, 2018.

Created by Hajime Isayama, manga series “Attack on Titan” has over 63 million volumes currently in print. The highly-anticipated second season of the anime series premiered at the beginning of April.

The event, titled “Attack on Titan x Fuji-Q Highland”, will be headlined by flight simulator attraction “Attack on Titan: The Ride”. The dynamic attraction combines a domed screen with moving seats and special effects to draw attendees into a battle to retake Trost District. Other highlights of the event include a 360-degree VR theater with head-mounted displays, sales of exclusive merchandise, and a puzzle-solving scavenger hunt.

“Attack on Titan the Ride: Battle to Retake Trost District” will be making its Japanese debut.


The dynamic attraction’s seats move in all directions for an immersive experience.


The 360-degree VR theater will use all five senses to draw viewers into the world of the series.


Visitors to the gift shop will be greeted by a life-sized Colossal Titan.
