“Ace of Diamond” 10th Anniversary Exhibition Coming to Shinjuku

An exhibition celebrating the 10th anniversary of manga series “Ace of Diamond” will be held at the Odakyu Department Store Shinjuku on August 10th through 21st.
The exhibition will feature 50 pieces of original manga artwork, 30 key frames depicting famous scenes from the anime series, photos and costumes from the stage play, and talk shows with actors from the play and anime series. Limited edition merchandise will also be on sale, and a theme cafe will serve drinks based on the series’ characters.
An event with the cast from the stage play, titled “Ace of Diamond the Live”, will be held on August 15th, with appearances from actors Ren Ozawa, Tomoki Hirose, Takuma Wada, and Subaru Hayama. Each purchase of 3,000 yen at the exhibition’s gift shop on August 10th through 14th will earn one entry into a drawing for tickets to the event.
A live talk show for the “Ace of Diamond” anime series will be held on August 21st, with scheduled appearances from voice actors Ryota Osaka and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka. Similar to the stage play event, each purchase of 3,000 yen at the exhibition’s gift shop on August 15th through 20th will earn one entry into a drawing for tickets to the anime series event.
The exhibition will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with last entry at 7:00 PM. Advance tickets are 1,000 yen (2,000 yen with special gift), with admission at the door costing 1,300 yen (2,300 yen with special gift). Admission is free for kindergarten age and below.
