Starting November 15th, J-World Tokyo, the Jump-themed amusement park located in Ikebukuro’s Sunshine City, will be running a special event based on upcoming film “The Last: Naruto the Movie”.

Manga series Naruto ended its long run in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on November 10th. The upcoming film, due for release in Japanese theaters on December 6th, will continue the story where the manga series left off.

The amusement park, celebrating characters from popular publications Weekly Shonen Jump and Jump SQ, features areas based on series such as One Piece, Naruto, Dragon Ball, Kuroko’s Basketball, Gin Tama, and the Prince of Tennis, among others. The entertainment complex aims to give visitors a chance to experience the worlds of their favorite characters and series.

The current event will feature food and drinks based on the series’ world, as well as limited edition merchandise for sale. There will also be a museum displaying the movie’s character artwork, standees, and production art, and a section dedicated to the new “Naruto Super Sounds” CD, which compiles the anime series’ many theme songs. From December 5th to January 4th, the park’s ninja event will feature a special tour with Naruto characters Kakashi and Sasuke.

Admission to J-World Tokyo is 800 yen for high school students and older, 600 yen for children, and free for ages 4 and under. Hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
