Timed to coincide with the new “Saint Seiya” theatrical film, a gold watch based on the anime and manga series has been released that features two bezels modeled after the series’ Cloths.

The newest CG animated film, “Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary”, was released in Japanese theaters on June 21st. A gold watch based on the series, limited to 1200 pieces, is currently on sale at Premico, the official online shop run by jewelry and collectibles manufacturer Imperial Enterprises.

The watch features an original design inspired by the series’ Gold Saint, with a gold-colored stainless steel body and a dial printed with the 12 signs of the zodiac. The standard bezel, engraved with the zodiac names in English, can be switched for an included alternate bezel resembling a shield. The watch’s reverse is etched with an image of Seiya herself, holder of the Sagittarius cloth, as well as each watch’s individual serial number. Watch number 0001 has been presented to series creator Masami Kurumada.

The watch retails for 39,800 yen, plus tax.
