Cast Announced for TV Anime Adaptation of Smartphone Game “Sora to Umi no Aida”

ForwardWorks’ outer space fishing action smartphone game “Sora to Umi no Aida” will be receiving a TV anime adaptation premiering in October.

Set in Onomichi, Hiroshima, the media franchise tells the story of six girls who aim to become space fishermen. Alongside the announcement of the series’ premiere date, the main cast and voice actors have also been revealed.

The series will be directed by Atsushi Nigorikawa and written by Takashi Yamada. Original character design is credited to Kazuyuki Ueda, with Shuhei Yamamoto handling animation character design and Kuro Ishihara serving as mechanical designer. The franchise was created by Oji Hiroi. The anime series will be produced by TMS Entertainment.

The main voice cast includes Karin Takahashi as Haru Soramachi, Rika Tachibana as Namino Murakami, Honoka Inoue as Rubi Azumi, Momoko Suzuki as Maiko Sakura, Maori Komeno as Makiko Maki, and Ai Kosaka as Makoto Mitsurugi.
